Here is a 1964 LARGE Christmas cardĀ From President Lyndon Johnson. This is a beautiful card displaying trees, landscape, two girls representing the Johnson daughters, two dogs representing the Johnson pets, and a view of the White House. The card was frequently referred to as The Willow Watercolor. Robert H. Laessig painted the card and American Greetings made and supplied the cards to the White House without charge. The card measures 14″ X 18″, and bears the following printed salutation and signatures: “With our warm wishes for a joyous Christmas and a New Year full of happiness. Lyndon Johnson Lady Bird Johnson December 1964.” President Johnson and Lady Bird have also personally signed the card. The card is in pristine condition and comes in the original envelope
